Water cannot be compressed. It adapts and follows the contours of your head, neck and shoulders for optimium support, no matter how you sleep.
Customising the firmness of your eZwell pillow is easy. Simply insert the funnel into the valve and fill the pillow with a pre-measured quantity of tap water to achieve the desired level of firmness. For soft support, we recommend adding 2 liters, for medium support 3 liters and for firm support 4-5 liters.
