E-Knife when fully assembled is 45.5cm L x 7cm H x 4cm D, and features two 20cm blades that can be removed for compact storage when not in use.
It is not recommended to cut particularly sticky, hard or frozen ingredients with E-Knife as these may damage the blades.

As a safety feature, the E-Knife includes a Dual Touch Safety System to ensure the motorised blade action ceases once the hand holding the E-knife is removed. Once running, if the either of Dual Touch Safety System handle sensors are released (or stop making contact with the hand), the E-Knife will automatically stop the cutting action.
To turn the E-knife on and begin cutting, completely cover the Dual Touch Safety System metal sensors on the handle with your hand, whilst simultaneously pressing the power button on the top of the handle.
