Do I Need To Know Anything About MMA To Use UFC FIT?

No! Knowledge of mixed martial arts is not a prerequisite for implementing the UFC FIT Lifestyle Program.

How Long Is Each UFC FIT Workout?

UFC FIT workouts range from 23 to 47 minutes.

What Level Of Shape Should I Be In To Do UFC FIT?

Do I Need Any Equipment?

For the UFC FIT DVD set, you'll need light and heavy dumbbells (two of each). The light dumbbells should be between 1.5-2kg for women and between 2-3.5kg for men. The heavy ones should be between 2-4.5kg for women and 4.5-7kg for men.

What Do I Need To View The UFC FIT Workouts?

To view the UFC FIT workouts you will need a television and DVD player, or a computer with a DVD drive.
